Finding and Downloading Your Signed Contracts
Purpose: Accessing your historical and active agreements.
Audience
All Scholars
When to Use
Use this for your own legal or tax records.
Instructions
1. Log into Worksuite.
2. Click on the 'Documents' tab on the left sidebar.
3. Here you will see both your 'Master Service Agreement' and all individual 'Statements of Work'.
4. Click 'Download' to save a PDF copy.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
If a document you signed is missing, it may still be in the 'Counter-signature' stage by iMerit.
Escalation Path
Email scholars.hr@imerit.net if a signed document is not appearing in your portal.
