When to Use
Use this when you receive your unique verification email.
Instructions
1. Click the link in the email using a mobile device with a camera.
2. Take a clear photo of your government ID (Passport or National ID).
3. Perform the 'Passive Liveness' check by taking a selfie as prompted.
4. Wait for the 'Success' screen.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Ensure you are in a well-lit room and that there is no glare on your ID card.
