How to Report a Grievance (The Escalation Matrix)
Purpose: Providing a secure way to raise concerns about peers or supervisors.
Audience
All Scholars
When to Use
Use this if you feel you have been treated unfairly or witness a breach.
Instructions
1. Level 1: Raise the concern with your Immediate Supervisor.
2. Level 2: If unresolved in 7 days, raise it to the Functional Head.
3. Level 3: Escalate to the HR Head or Kerry Reynolds.
4. You can also email grievance@imerit.net directly.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Intentional filing of false reports is considered misconduct under our policies.
