When to Use
If you are overwhelmed by platform emails or missing updates.
Instructions
1. Worksuite sends notifications for new tasks, SOW signatures, and payment updates.
2. Check the 'Recent Updates' panel on your dashboard.
3. Ensure your email settings aren't filtering these to Spam.
4. Some projects use WhatsApp for urgent 'Pulse Checks'.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Missing a notification can lead to your SOW expiring, which will 'lock' your timesheets.
