1. Review the 'Payment Rates Guide' for your region.
2. Access the official 'Rate Adjustment Request Form'.
3. Fill in your details and the reason for the request.
4. Expect a response within the 5-business-day SLA.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Do not request rate changes via project chat groups; use the formal request form only.
