# Setting Up Your Bank and Tax Details for USD Payouts

## Purpose: Ensuring your financial data is compliant for international transfer.

**Audience**

All Scholars

**When to Use**

During onboarding or when updating your banking info.

**Instructions**

1\. In Worksuite, set your preferred currency to USD.

2\. Ensure the bank account is in your full legal name.

3\. Confirm your bank accepts international USD wires.

4\. Upload your local tax residency or work authorization document.

**Troubleshooting / Exceptions**

Discrepancies between your legal name and bank account name will cause payment rejections.
