# Submitting Invoices for Task-Based Projects

## Purpose: Manually requesting payment for completed deliverables.

**Audience**

Unit-Paid Scholars

**When to Use**

Use this if your project PRD specifies 'Direct Invoicing' instead of timesheets.

**Instructions**

1\. Navigate to your assigned task in Worksuite.

2\. Click the 'Add Invoice' button.

3\. Enter the date range and a clear line item (e.g., 'Completed 100 image tags').

4\. Submit for Project Manager approval.

**Troubleshooting / Exceptions**

Always include start and end dates in the description for audit compliance.

**Escalation Path**

Contact your Project Manager if the 'Add Invoice' button is missing from your task.
