Instructions
1. Check your PRD to see if a VPN is mandatory.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3. Ensure you are not using an unsupported browser (Chrome is recommended).
4. Verify no local firewall is blocking iMerit or client URLs.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Some tools are 'geo-fenced' and only work from your registered country.
