When to Use

Read this if your application is stopped immediately after form submission.

Instructions

1. After you submit the Fillout form, our system runs an automated check.

2. Twilio verifies if your phone number is a high-risk VoIP or Proxy number.

3. HIBP checks if your email has been involved in major data breaches.

4. If you pass, an ID verification link is sent automatically.

Troubleshooting / Exceptions

If you use a temporary or internet-based (VoIP) phone number, the system will likely fail your application automatically.
