VPN/Proxy detection during verification
Purpose: To explain cases where verification is technically successful but fails due to internal risk checks (VPN/Proxy usage).

When to Use
When iDenfy shows “Success” but IP analysis detects VPN/Proxy or suspicious activity
Instructions
1.iDenfy “Success” confirms only document and face verification.
2.Additional backend checks (IP, fraud score, proxy detection) are performed internally.
3.If VPN/Proxy is detected, the profile is flagged as suspicious
4.Final decision may override iDenfy result
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Users are required to complete verification using a residential network.Profiles verified using masked networks may be flagged as “Suspected” or “Failed”.
