If a task appears on your dashboard but the document is not signable.
Instructions
1. 'Preparing' means our team is still entering project-specific variables like Infor codes and rates.
2. Finalization requires client confirmation of project start dates.
3. Wait for a follow-up notification stating 'Stage Manager has confirmed'.
Troubleshooting / Exceptions
Most SOWs are finalized within 48 hours of project shortlisting.
Escalation Path
Contact your Project Manager if an SOW remains 'Preparing' for more than 3 business days.
